I had my own special Halloween treat this morning as I was invited to be a guest on the CBS radio show, “Innerviews with Kimmie & Steve.” If you want a good chuckle you may visit www.psychiconair.com and check the 10/31/2008 archives. My interview with Kimmie and Steve took place the second hour. I was both tickled and nervous as I followed one of my favorite spiritual teachers James Van Praugh. That was quite an honor, as I remember learning so much from his workshops and books in the past. I just love his energy and humor.

While I was on air I had another brilliant reminder from the Universe just how important it is to turn within to get to the heart of the matter. For when we deal with our inner world, the real healing may take place.

One woman called into the show asking if her boyfriend was going to send her back home 2 weeks early. She had said that when her boyfriend mentioned the possibility of her getting sent home early she had all kinds of emotions come up in her body. Now, I know all she really wanted at the beginning was a psychic yes or no answer, but my guides encouraged me to look at this from another angle. I wanted to show her that her boyfriend gifted her a beautiful healing opportunity.

You see, our bodies communicate to us as Spirit with emotions. These emotions allow us as Spirit to know what is going on with our bodies. These emotions are so important to listen to as they can assist in avoiding future ailments or creations we truly don’t desire to create.

The strong emotional response this woman had told me that there was something internal that was ready to heal and be released. When I tuned in, I saw the stuck emotions of “rejection” and “insecurity” stuck in between her 3rd and 4th chakra. I had asked her if she was experiencing tightness around her sternum in which she profusely admitted that it had indeed been tight all week long.

I get excited when I assist others in seeing the stuck emotions, as they can effortlessly release them by sending the stuck emotions down their grounding cord. To do this spiritual technique, all you have to do is visualize an energy cord from the base of your spine going straight in to the center of the Earth. Attach this cord to the Earth’s core, and simply visualize the stuck emotions dropping down this cord. This assists in instantly healing your world. When we shift our inner world, the outer world will then mirror that back.
