I'm grateful for you reading this post.
So, the last couple days I have to admit my panties have been in a wee bit of a ruffled bunch, and I found myself souring up my face at the littlest things. We won’t focus on those things right now, as I don’t want to go back into my puckered up lemon moments.
Well, last night I decided to get creative again with dinner. I’m still having fun creating in the kitchen. Although, I do find myself still afraid to make mistakes. I keep reminding myself that this is fun, and food mistakes are allowed. That’s how people get better at anything whether it be driving, singing, sewing, playing an instrument, and of course cooking.

Okay, so yesterday I decided to travel out once again into the big city. I had this though bubble come to me that said I needed a computer break, and it was sunny again. Just like my former place in the Seattle area, one must take advantage of sunny London days. I put my Nike’s on (no driver’s insurance required for these babies) and headed first to the store to purchase a new journal and pen.
